Thanksgiving Note from Red Cross President

Thanksgiving will take on a whole new meaning for thousands of families still recovering from Hurricane Sandy. I am so grateful to the Red Cross community who volunteered, gave blood and donated funds without hesitation when so many people were in need.

See what this collective support has meant to these families: watch our slideshow of support.

As we continue our relief efforts, let’s also remember our service members during this month of thanksgiving. Take part in Holiday Mail for Heroes and brighten their day with a holiday card.

Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving,
